⚙️ Product Overview
The Downhole Drilling Desander operates on the principle of centrifugal separation.
Unprocessed drilling mud is fed into the desander cyclone cone under pressure through a horizontal inlet.
The heavier solids are forced to the cone wall and discharged through the underflow, while the cleaned fluid flows out from the overflow outlet to the next treatment stage.
Optionally, a bottom shaker can be integrated to collect separated solids from the cone nozzles for easy disposal.
